Abstract

Handwritten record (1872-1897) of the Mormon frontier town of Hebron, established in southern Utah in 1868 and abandoned not long after an earthquake on November 17, 1902 damaged most of the houses. Includes minutes and financial reports from various town, church, and community meetings, as well as remarks regarding the town's population, economic situation, water problems, etc.
